The hours that are calculated as workable were from 8:00pm to 9:00am. Holidays are excluded.
Arrival time is calculated from the time that the problem is being declared until the time where the technician arrived at the machine.
Recovery time is calculated from the time the technician arrived at the machine until the moment it has been delivered in operation, includes the troubleshooting and the repair-adjustments.
Down time annual is the total time per year where the machine didn’t operate because of a problem. (Excluding the time of the preventive maintenance and the waiting time for the supply of the spare parts)
Efficiency is calculated in % and it’s the permanent errors that were diagnosed successfully with only one visit.
Without spare parts is calculated in % and it’s the troubles that got repaired without spare parts.
